Intramurals and BYU Soccer Game

This past term, Jeff played on the ward intramural softball team. He has had so much fun, even when they lose. He's also done a great job with hitting, and there was even one game where he hit every single time he was up to bat! And I've had a great time getting to know the wives in the ward, especially since we are their cheering section. Our ward is great, and it has been a lot of fun watching Jeff play and enjoy himself so much. Jeff and I have also been playing on an intramural soccer team together, which has been a lot of fun, too. I just haven't been able to get any pictures of it because I've been playing.

Jeff up to bat.

Jeff playing the field. That's our home teacher to the right. His name is Scott, but most people call him Cuba. Yes, there is a story involved with that.

He got on base. What a champ. That's right, he's mine.

He's running so fast that I couldn't even get a clear picture of him haha.

I think my camera was having kind of a rough time because I didn't get too many good pictures...

Jeff on his way home.

This was at the BYU mens' soccer game on Saturday, May 26th. There was an older lady behind us that kept yelling 'Challenge him!' pretty much the entire game to our team. I guess because the players on our team were apparently not putting enough pressure on the opposing team when they would come and attack and go up for a goal. Jeff and I had a good laugh every time. She was an awesome lady.

There was also a time when our team got a sweet goal, so Jeff just grabbed me and kissed me in front of a lot of people, and then there was a guy who yelled back at him that that 'wasn't good enough!' Haha I guess he needs to do better next time!

We are SO good-looking, that's right.

Some action shots from the game. This one's better though, because our team has possession.

It actually ended up a tie, but BYU seemed to have a pretty sweet comeback. We'll get 'em next time I guess. It was a pretty intense game. We had lots of fun!
